What’s your holiday order deadline? When should I place an order to make sure I receive it in time for the holidays?

Are you buying Sunny Get Up clothing as a gift for the holidays? Please place your order by Dec 11 for the best chance to receive them in time for the holidays.

Also remember that our Gift Cards can be purchased online at anytime so they make great last minute gifts!

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

When will I get my order?*

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and is estimated at 3–4 business days .

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at anna@sunnygetup.com.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. To reduce carbon emissions, they've opened fulfillment centers in several different locations to be closer to the customers and they will route orders to where they can fulfill and ship them as fast as possible. They have facilities on both US coasts—in Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California—as well as Mexico, Latvia, and Spain. Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Our fulfillment partner is also working on improving their packaging and reducing the amount of produced waste — from February 2020, they've saved more than 6 US tons (5,621 kg) of plastic. They are also looking into new ways to reduce the CO2 produced when transporting orders.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at anna@sunnygetup.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
